Randy was very helpful to me over the phone. He could answer my questions quickly and easily. I had a issue with getting the frig to fit with my existing cabinets and he even referred to me a gentleman that cut my cabinet.  Two very nice guys delivered my frig, they were prompt and very courteous. My frig had a horrible stink because it stopped working while we were on vacation but they took it all in stride. I really appreciated Randy's knowledge walking me thru purchasing a frig I had no plans of getting. We even had a sense of humor a few times. Yes, I highly recommend Northgate to our family and friends. We also own a local business, since 1972. Please remember to buy local and BUILD local!

Every person from the service department has always been neat, profession and courteous. Which is why we continue to do business with Northgate. When you know what you're doing, it only takes one trip to fix a problem.  We have purchased many items from Northgate and had some repairs done. We always feel that we can trust the people from Northgate. We feel that we get the best price for what we buy. We have been very happy with the fact that you stand behind what you sell. We love the fact that you have your own service department and do not outsource the repairs or installations to an "unknown" source. I do recommend your company to anyone who is looking for appliances or appliances to be repaired. So far, you have never let me down. Keep up the good work!
