Randy was very helpful to me over the phone. He could answer my questions quickly and easily. I had a issue with getting the frig to fit with my existing cabinets and he even referred to me a gentleman that cut my cabinet.  Two very nice guys delivered my frig, they were prompt and very courteous. My frig had a horrible stink because it stopped working while we were on vacation but they took it all in stride. I really appreciated Randy's knowledge walking me thru purchasing a frig I had no plans of getting. We even had a sense of humor a few times. Every person from the service department has always been neat, profession and courteous. Which is why we continue to do business with Northgate. When you know what you're doing, it only takes one trip to fix a problem.  We have purchased many items from Northgate and had some repairs done. Again, our only choice for buying appliances is Northgate. The washer had a hose which had become disconnected somehow. We discovered this late on Monday afternoon and called the store. Within a couple of hours, someone contacted us and set up a repair time for the next morning. Your service department can't be beat. I would never consider buying from a chain store simply for your service department. I totally recommend you to our family and friends. We went to one of your competitors to compare prices per recommendation of family, but their salesperson was not anywhere nearly as professional as your service personal. They did not have the amount of products you carry either. Hands down, Northgate is the best. Thanks again. We will be back.

I would certainly recommend Northgate as the go to store for appliances in the Holland area. The service is excellent and the delivery crew know how to deliver and set up new appliances quickly and with the least intrusion. They are the best team yet to deliver and set up new appliances.

We have been very happy with our purchase and especially the service from Northgate. We've had Ken help us with repairs in the past and now Doug with repairs. Both have done a great job. I'm quite happy with the price we paid for the extended warranty plan and the service we've received. It seems the newer refrigerators have more problems. We've been happy with the Frigidaire French Door, lower ice maker, even with the few problems we've had it's been a better refrigerator. Thank you for your help. This is regarding a Christmas Eve service call.You went above and beyond!!! When my washer broke Dec. 24 and no one could come until Wed. Or Thursday I was frustrated by a house full of 11 people, some sick and one wet bed. When Dave called in the afternoon and said he could come I was totally floored. My husband thought I had called you back and begged someone to come. Dave was here a long time and so professional. He could have been home with his family. I was very impressed with your serviceman and I would like you to pass along my comments to him. It is so seldom today that one gets good service. He came with a smile and cheerful attitude. He started right in and explained what he was doing. He showed me what he was working on and answered my questions without being condescending. He deserves five gold stars!!! When I called in to report my problem, I was able to give them a date of purchase as I always keep my paperwork. Even though it was purchased 9-12 years ago, the person helping me found my records and could tell the model of my refrig. The serviceman came prepared with parts that might have been required for my repair. This is highly unusual in today's service world. You can be sure that I will look at Northgate for future appliance purchases. I have already recommended your company to others. It is very rare to get good service in today's world. Many people are rude or condescending and don't keep their promise as to when they can return. I was so impressed that everything was handled expediently with one service call and with a helpful and cheerful attitude.

I so appreciate Mr. Rozema's kindness to my friend on Harrison Ave. He found out nothing was wrong with her dryer. It was the plug that was wrong . And he knew she needed it right away. So instead of having Monique call the landlord, Mr. Rozema took it upon himself to fix it so that she would not be without. And he came to my house on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with a smile on his face and fixed my range. Thanks so much for your prompt and great service! For sure I would recommend you to our friends and family and we do!!

Our washer is 30 plus old. And Dave in our conversation earlier in the day was told that I did not want to spend a lot of money on the repair. I gave him a price limit I was willing to spend and he said he would keep in that price limit. Actually, Dave came in well below my limit. I really believe that Dave could easily have told me it as not repairable and I would have been in the store to purchase a new washer. (Dave also had that information.) But because he is ethical, he repaired the washer in a timely manner and we are THRILLED. I called the store at about 8am on Saturday morning, Dave called me back approx 0820 and he was at our house by 1:45pm. We are so pleased with your service department AGAIN and really believe that you guys are the best thing out there. We will only purchase our products from Northgate. You cannot beat Northgate service for quality, timeliness , and price. Thanks Dave. We appreciate you!!!!!!!

As usual, Dave went over and above the normal expectation of a service technician. He inspected my washer and recommended that the cost of a repair wouldn't be worth it for a 12-year old machine. Then, knowing my financial situation is a bit shaky right now, Dave found a used washer for me at a very reasonable price. When I got home from work that day, that "new" used washer was already installed and ready to finish my laundry. It works GREAT! I am so grateful for such wonderful, honest, and quick service! Dave has serviced us many times and he is always so knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and quick. He is the best and I would give him an A++++.  Actually my appointment was a week away but Dave called on a Saturday and said there was time and wanted to know if he could come that day and fix it. That was only the day after I called. I was so appreciative of that personal touch and so grateful to have my dryer working again. When Dave called I was just packing up to go to the laundromat, so happy I didn't have to go.  He was so quick and he know almost immediately the problem and took care of it.  Please pass on our appreciation of him.
