All of you folks were polite, effecient, clean working, and seemed to be very concerned that we were taken care of and knew what the situation was that they were dealing with. You left us a loaner and took the refrigerator into the shop to service and then returned it when done. We have already recommended you to friends and family, from the first that we dealt with you several years ago, and again after our experience with your service department.
