Our refrigerator needed service on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived around 4:30 p.m. and had it fixed and explained what happened. We couldn't have been more pleased with his helpful attitude and experience. Yes, we would definitely recommend Northgate to anyone needing service and, should we need service or new products in the future, we would ask for Dave to be our serviceman.
