As always, we are very impressed with the service technicians from Northgate.  He didn't try to sway us to replace rather than repair...an admirable quality; plus our refrigerator runs better now than when we moved in here almost 5 years ago.  We chose to repair but when it's time to replace, Northgate will be at the top of our list.
