Kevin, was very informative on the Sales Floor. The two delivery men were very nice and did a great job of loading out the old and in with the new without banging things around. I did notice a dent in the front of the dryer when the delivery guys were gone. I called in and a new front is already on order for me. I was very impressed that this was handled so quickly and satisfaction was their main goal. :) Dave was very informative when he came out to look at my dryer that was not working. He was very helpful in out decision to replace the washer and dryer, without putting any pressure. He just helped provide some facts about our current units and informed me of the many options available to replace the washer and dryer. Thank you, to all of you!

Dave has been so helpful over the years - we have a few issues with washers and he always could come up with a solution. Dave always explains what he is doing or what should be done and he is very helpful to not let us spend money needlessly.  This time we had planned on putting in a new transmission but Dave decided to try something else first - so far it is working like it should. The serviceman who came to our house definitely deserves positive recognition! He was just wonderful. Not only did he come to our house within minutes of when I called, he explained to me everything he was checking as he did it and was in and out in half an hour! He was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. Very refreshing to come across a serviceman with his enthusiasm.

Repair Service: 08-23-2011: Neptune Washer I just returned from a 2 week camping trip with about 12 loads of wash and my washer would not go. I called before the store opened and left a message for the repair dept. and got a call before 9:00am and was told they had a lot of repairs that day and would try and fit me in. Guess what they were at our home by 12:30pm the same day and the repair was made. Very efficient. This is why I purchase my products at Northgate very accommodating. Thanks!

We have had two different service men work on our dishwasher and on our refrigerator. Both did excellent work, explained the problem, fixed the problem and made sure we were back in operation in a very reasonable time. Both guys cleaned up after themselves very well. Best part always is that they are personable, care about the work they do, and make sure that the customer is well taken care of.
