Great place to shop for appliances....the ability to buy both new and used at the same site really helped us out. After 2 years in our vacation home, no more laundromats!!!

When I first bought the house in Michigan, I made the mistake of buying a stove from someone else and it was a total disaster. We were very impressed as first time customers. We were in Florida and the dryer was fixed while we were gone (the neighbor let him in). It just felt like good old time customer service. Mark and the two delivery gentlemen were all awesome - they answered all questions and were very knowledgeable about the products. Mark was polite, prompt, and professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He also knew a lot about grills.  Delivery guys were extremely friendly - they were very patient and gave me time to get my floor cleaned up under the old dryer that they removed - (YUK!). They explained the new dryer and its features and how to carefully remove and replace lint screen.Thank you!

Showroom is very comfortable, friendly, and pleasant atmosphere that assisted us in our search for the best choice to fulfill our needs.  The delivery crew was courteous and highly-professional, which contributed to an easy, enjoyable, smooooth transfer from old appliances that were giving us grief to new ones that started doing a great job immediately. That's just what we wanted.  Our utility room floor is so irregular that it creates a problem for leveling a washer and dryer. The delivery crew attacked that problem until a satisfactory solution was found for our new appliances.  The satisfied recommendation of others helped guide us to Northgate. At this point, we're very happy and satisfied that we've followed their recommendations, and we will certainly pass our recommendations to others that we know. You seem to have a high, continuing respectability for high quality sales and service. Keep up the "good work!"

As always, we are very impressed with the service technicians from Northgate.  He didn't try to sway us to replace rather than repair...an admirable quality; plus our refrigerator runs better now than when we moved in here almost 5 years ago.  We chose to repair but when it's time to replace, Northgate will be at the top of our list.

Doug was knowledgeable of the problem I described and showed me the part and how it was burned and then explained how it caused the symptoms my microwave was having. The symptoms would come and go, so he explained to me how the problem would make the symptoms come and go. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and I was very pleased with the repair. Loved all the set ups in the show room... they gave me some ideas. Also, loved the kiddy area so my son could be occupied while I could make a decision.  I really liked Steve Rozema. He helped us on the floor and was willing to go out of his way to make sure our set up was correct at home. I only wish that he was the one that came to set up our fridge so we could thank him again!

Randy and Mark took were very gracious in giving us all the time we needed to make the big decision.  The opening for the range wasn't quite ready so Steve and Jeff just set in in place until I had finished. Steve came back later and did an excellent job of giving us an overview of how to operate the range.  We came to see for ourselves what all our friends have been telling us: Don't shop anywhere else for appliances. The total package, from the attractiveness of the store, the wide range of product you have available, the professionalism of the sales staff, and the quality and care of the delivery people - not a single slip-up anywhere.
