Loved the fact that the salesman wasn't pushy, but very honest about the brands, features etc. No high pressure sales pitch was great! I wish the word was out more about your service and expertise- instead of people immediately going to the "big box" stores, who specialize in crappy customer service and lack of knowledge. I appreciate that the salesman we had pointed us to "scratch and dent" so that we could save a little money on something that was an unexpected expense!

The service was exceptional! The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure we understood what he was doing and why. Our home was being remodeled and Northgate and their service department accommodated the special needs of the construction process. I am extremely pleased with the service we received from Northgate. Our service representative was extremely efficient with both the diagnosis and resolution of the various issues that confronted him. We are very pleased with both the service and the lower than expected service charges.
