Dave's service was great as we have come to expect from Northgate. I continue to be a happy customer who refers all my friends to Northgate. Dave is the very best. He did the minimum service as a first try with a commitment to come back later if it needed more in depth service. I liked that. Dave can come calling any day of the week but since its Maytag that I have, I might not need him before he retires.

The delivery guys were awesome! They went the extra mile to help us out, when a small problem arose. They also took the time to explain the oven to us and to ask if we had any questions. They did not seem rushed, or in a hurry to get out like most other delivery people. They spent time to make sure we felt comfortable with the new equipment...that means a lot to us. We would recommend you to friends. Your fast service and in-town repair service, plus you can't beat your warranties. You're GREAT!

The serviceman was very helpful and demonstrated the use of both appliances. The last salesperson who took my payment was helpful with the appliance rebate application. I would definitely recommend Northgate to my friends, in fact I have done so.
I spoke with Ken. He was wonderful and helpful. I've been to your shop on multiple occasions looking for parts for my old washer. Your staff has always been very helpful. I'm a girl in my 20s and every time I've visited your staff has treated me like a competent individual. I really appreciated all the help and parts that I gotten there over the past years. Our washer finally died at 6:30 on a Friday. I drove straight to Northgate. Ken helped me narrow down the washer options. It was installed the next day before noon! I didn't even miss a load of laundry. My kids were sick to their stomachs. It was really really nice to have a working washer so quickly! I will always come to Northgate for all appliance purchases.
