Many things impressed me about this service call, one of them being that he called from the site of his previous service call to let us know that we'd be next (if we were ready for him -- which we were) and to let us know how long it would be till he reached our house. He was friendly, clearly knew what he was doing, explained clearly what the options were and why he was recommending one over the other, and carried out his work expeditiously. He even left the $0.26 which had gone through the drying process and fallen into an other inaccessible part of the dryer!

I was very impressed by the service. He was very nice to talk and explained everything. It was an emergency call and he was there the same day and saved us from throwing away a lot of food. Because it was a fridge and freezer it was very important that it got done fast. Northgate would have brought in a borrowed freezer in to save our food, if the repair man could not make it that day, which was very nice. Northgate also called the repair man while he was at another house to see if he could make it here, which was a nice follow up. Northgate worried about our problem, and that is a nice feeling. Thanks!
