I was very impressed with your serviceman and I would like you to pass along my comments to him. It is so seldom today that one gets good service. He came with a smile and cheerful attitude. He started right in and explained what he was doing. He showed me what he was working on and answered my questions without being condescending. He deserves five gold stars!!! When I called in to report my problem, I was able to give them a date of purchase as I always keep my paperwork. Even though it was purchased 9-12 years ago, the person helping me found my records and could tell the model of my refrig. The serviceman came prepared with parts that might have been required for my repair. This is highly unusual in today's service world. You can be sure that I will look at Northgate for future appliance purchases. I have already recommended your company to others. It is very rare to get good service in today's world. Many people are rude or condescending and don't keep their promise as to when they can return. I was so impressed that everything was handled expediently with one service call and with a helpful and cheerful attitude.

I so appreciate Mr. Rozema's kindness to my friend on Harrison Ave. He found out nothing was wrong with her dryer. It was the plug that was wrong . And he knew she needed it right away. So instead of having Monique call the landlord, Mr. Rozema took it upon himself to fix it so that she would not be without. And he came to my house on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with a smile on his face and fixed my range. Thanks so much for your prompt and great service! For sure I would recommend you to our friends and family and we do!!

Our washer is 30 plus old. And Dave in our conversation earlier in the day was told that I did not want to spend a lot of money on the repair. I gave him a price limit I was willing to spend and he said he would keep in that price limit. Actually, Dave came in well below my limit. I really believe that Dave could easily have told me it as not repairable and I would have been in the store to purchase a new washer. (Dave also had that information.) But because he is ethical, he repaired the washer in a timely manner and we are THRILLED. I called the store at about 8am on Saturday morning, Dave called me back approx 0820 and he was at our house by 1:45pm. We are so pleased with your service department AGAIN and really believe that you guys are the best thing out there. We will only purchase our products from Northgate. You cannot beat Northgate service for quality, timeliness , and price. Thanks Dave. We appreciate you!!!!!!!

As usual, Dave went over and above the normal expectation of a service technician. He inspected my washer and recommended that the cost of a repair wouldn't be worth it for a 12-year old machine. Then, knowing my financial situation is a bit shaky right now, Dave found a used washer for me at a very reasonable price. When I got home from work that day, that "new" used washer was already installed and ready to finish my laundry. It works GREAT! I am so grateful for such wonderful, honest, and quick service! He is the best and I would give him an A++++.  Actually my appointment was a week away but Dave called on a Saturday and said there was time and wanted to know if he could come that day and fix it. Showroom is very comfortable, friendly, and pleasant atmosphere that assisted us in our search for the best choice to fulfill our needs.  The delivery crew was courteous and highly-professional, which contributed to an easy, enjoyable, smooooth transfer from old appliances that were giving us grief to new ones that started doing a great job immediately. That's just what we wanted.  Our utility room floor is so irregular that it creates a problem for leveling a washer and dryer. At this point, we're very happy and satisfied that we've followed their recommendations, and we will certainly pass our recommendations to others that we know.
