The reason we may pay a little extra for appliances at Northgate, is your wonderful service. Your installers also did a fine job with our stove some years ago. We may need a dishwasher soon and will certainly come to you.

Our refrigerator needed service on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived around 4:30 p.m. and had it fixed and explained what happened. We couldn't have been more pleased with his helpful attitude and experience. Yes, we would definitely recommend Northgate to anyone needing service and, should we need service or new products in the future, we would ask for Dave to be our serviceman.
