Dave has serviced things for me in the past and is ALWAYS knowledgeable and efficient. He always knows what's wrong and how to fix it! Dave was able to fit me in on the day I called for service - well in advance of the original time slot a couple days later! I wouldn't buy an appliance anywhere but Northgate, not just for the products, but for the SERVICE. Every time I make a call for service, whoever answers the phone is usually able to pinpoint the problem which I'm sure gives Dave a heads-up on what he might expect when he gets here. Northgate has a great team approach to service!
