The serviceman was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative. He figured out what was wrong with our washer very quickly. He probably saved us expense by knowing exactly what to look for and getting it fixed immediately. Don't remember his name, but I know he's been with Northgate for a long time. He has serviced our appliances in the past, always with positive results.

My husband picked out the dryer for me. The last dryer we had gotten from you lasted 13 years. We buy all of our appliances from Northgate because of the quality of the product and the service. Everyone was very helpful to him and helped him pick out the dryer that I told him I wanted. He said that everything went well with the delivery & installation.
