The serviceman was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative. He figured out what was wrong with our washer very quickly. He probably saved us expense by knowing exactly what to look for and getting it fixed immediately. Don't remember his name, but I know he's been with Northgate for a long time. He has serviced our appliances in the past, always with positive results.
