We always can depend on the product and service from Northgate. I so appreciated the time Dave took to call me as he was on his way. I was not home when he called but then could be there later b/c of his call. It really helped me. Each time we have needed a repair or new appliance we have been treated with respect and integrity. I mentioned to two of my friends that I needed to have my appliances repaired and they both said that they use Northgate and would not go anywhere else. That says a lot! Thanks again, Dave, Chuck and the team...we are very satisfied and will continue to recommend Northgate.
