Randy was very helpful and understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns and issues. Also, Mark also worked with us when I came back with my husband. He answered Ron's questions. Steve and Aaron were very courteous and very helpful. They both were super kind and caring taking their time to advise me on a few concerns. I cannot say enough they were great guys! I have been getting supplies and parts from you store, but have never had the opportunity to purchase. Last September I called in a panic; my dryer stopped working and my husband Ron was going into the hospital with heart concerns. The person who answered the phone was very helpful, advised me to get it fixed and take care of Ron and when everything went back to normal living and Ron was well, to try to stop in and talk to someone. Thank you so much for people who care for the customer and not just making a sale. That is why I came back to Northgate! Thank you so much and I will share with others about your service and staff. I also would be willing to share my story with others for promoting Northgate Appliance!
