Kevin was a very knowledgeable salesperson. He was friendly and thorough in his sales presentation. The delivery crew were great. Very careful and right on time. They did a fine job installing both appliances. They also did a nice job explaining how to operate them.  I very much try to buy local whenever I can. I have bought my appliances from you for years and have always been very satisfied. My son is going to be building in east Grand rapids next year. He is looking at your Subzero/Wolf and DCS products. He will buy these from you as well based on the years of good service you have given me.
