Dave has been so helpful over the years - we have a few issues with washers and he always could come up with a solution. Dave always explains what he is doing or what should be done and he is very helpful to not let us spend money needlessly.  This time we had planned on putting in a new transmission but Dave decided to try something else first - so far it is working like it should.
