Doug was knowledgeable of the problem I described and showed me the part and how it was burned and then explained how it caused the symptoms my microwave was having. The symptoms would come and go, so he explained to me how the problem would make the symptoms come and go. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and I was very pleased with the repair. I really appreciated him. Thank you!
