I was recommended to Northgate by family and will surely recommend them whenever I have an opportunity. I am a strong advocate of dealing with locally owned businesses. I feel they have a greater concern over their reputation locally and try harder for customer satisfaction. I was in urgent need of the appliances, mostly the dryer, and they arrived in short order and right near the time they said they would (within 15 minutes). Janet
