Mark and the two delivery gentlemen were all awesome - they answered all questions and were very knowledgeable about the products. Mark was polite, prompt, and professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He also knew a lot about grills.  Delivery guys were extremely friendly - they were very patient and gave me time to get my floor cleaned up under the old dryer that they removed - (YUK!). They explained the new dryer and its features and how to carefully remove and replace lint screen.Thank you!
