Our washer is 30 plus old. And Dave in our conversation earlier in the day was told that I did not want to spend a lot of money on the repair. I gave him a price limit I was willing to spend and he said he would keep in that price limit. Actually, Dave came in well below my limit. I really believe that Dave could easily have told me it as not repairable and I would have been in the store to purchase a new washer. (Dave also had that information.) But because he is ethical, he repaired the washer in a timely manner and we are THRILLED. I called the store at about 8am on Saturday morning, Dave called me back approx 0820 and he was at our house by 1:45pm. We are so pleased with your service department AGAIN and really believe that you guys are the best thing out there. We will only purchase our products from Northgate. You cannot beat Northgate service for quality, timeliness , and price. Thanks Dave. We appreciate you!!!!!!!
