Again, our only choice for buying appliances is Northgate. The washer had a hose which had become disconnected somehow. We discovered this late on Monday afternoon and called the store. Within a couple of hours, someone contacted us and set up a repair time for the next morning. Your service department can't be beat. I would never consider buying from a chain store simply for your service department. I totally recommend you to our family and friends. We went to one of your competitors to compare prices per recommendation of family, but their salesperson was not anywhere nearly as professional as your service personal. They did not have the amount of products you carry either. Hands down, Northgate is the best. Thanks again. We will be back.
