This is regarding a Christmas Eve service call.You went above and beyond!!! When my washer broke Dec. 24 and no one could come until Wed. Or Thursday I was frustrated by a house full of 11 people, some sick and one wet bed. When Dave called in the afternoon and said he could come I was totally floored. My husband thought I had called you back and begged someone to come. Dave was here a long time and so professional. He could have been home with his family. All of you deserve thanks and Dave a special thanks! This is why I purchase at Northgate and not a big box store! You certainly gave me a wonderful Christmas! Thank you,
