We have been very happy with our purchase and especially the service from Northgate. We've had Ken help us with repairs in the past and now Doug with repairs. Both have done a great job. I'm quite happy with the price we paid for the extended warranty plan and the service we've received. It seems the newer refrigerators have more problems. We've been happy with the Frigidaire French Door, lower ice maker, even with the few problems we've had it's been a better refrigerator. Thank you for your help. I've recommended Northgate to a number of our friends and will continue to do business with Northgate in the future.
