Every person from the service department has always been neat, profession and courteous. Which is why we continue to do business with Northgate. When you know what you're doing, it only takes one trip to fix a problem.  We have purchased many items from Northgate and had some repairs done. We always feel that we can trust the people from Northgate. We feel that we get the best price for what we buy. We have been very happy with the fact that you stand behind what you sell. We love the fact that you have your own service department and do not outsource the repairs or installations to an "unknown" source.
