Dave was willing to explain the repairs and answer questions while he was working on our washer. I am an engineer and do most of my own repairs, but this one needed special tools that I do not have. He was a delight to have work on our washer. Dave knew from our conversation on the phone exactly what was wrong and the parts needed to repair the washer. Everything was explained in detail, not dumbed down in layman's terms. I felt respected as a professional in my field. Keep up the good work! It's local businesses like yours that stand out above the big boxes and provide exceptional service to our community. My salesman was very helpful in narrowing down our decision based on our needs - and the size of our laundry room.  Deliverymen were on time, very pleasant, took special care in moving our appliances into a tight space.  They gave us helpful tips to using our new washer and dryer. We have purchased other appliances from you and will certainly return for future appliance needs.

I can't remember the names of the service person and the two delivery people. They were all very helpful and the service person and his honesty about the problem we greatly appreciated. We will always buy from you! Thank you! You also gave us excellent service Christmas Eve when the dishwasher went out. We so appreciated the service with a gathering of 21 people for evening dinner! Also, we just purchased a dryer. We were able to talk to a knowledgeable person and just purchase it over the phone. We thank you!!!! Keep up the great work! We will always recommend Northgate!
