Doug came totally prepared to work on our Sub Zero ice maker.  Doug explained everything thoroughly. He installed a shut off valve in the event the ice maker malfunctions in the future.  To us this was an emergency and Doug was at our house minutes after our call for help.  Doug is a true professional. He gets an A+ in every category.  I see that Northgate Appliance is rated the number one appliance store in Michigan. After seeing Doug in action, I can understand how you achieved the rating.
