We are delighted! Tech came a day earlier than we expected, at 4:45 p.m approximately, and knew exactly what he was doing. Very professional and told us everything he needed to do and asked if we wanted to do a couple things that might break in the near future. Cleaned up behind himself. We were highly impressed!!
