We appreciated Kevin taking the extra time to sort out our vent hood issues and to find a workable solution.  We also appreciated hearing from the delivery crew about future class offerings on our convection oven feature. Steve and Aaron were very patient with a challenging situation with our installation. I would encourage folks to shop at Northgate and will be a return customer.
