I recommend Northgate to anyone I know who are buying appliances.

Dave called to ask if he could come a day early since he was going to be in/near Hamilton on Thursday and this would save a trip on Friday. We were away from home but told him how to enter the house. He did so and made the repair. Even though we were not home at the time he took time to write us a note explaining the problem and what he had done to fix it.  We were very pleased with the service and the price of the service.

We are pleased with the service and how promptly someone was able to come. Doug took time to answer my questions and showed me all of the "buttons" on our refrigerator and how to clean certain areas. He also answered are questions on the hoses on our washer and gave us tips for peace of mind.
