Dave called to ask if he could come a day early since he was going to be in/near Hamilton on Thursday and this would save a trip on Friday. We were away from home but told him how to enter the house. He did so and made the repair. Even though we were not home at the time he took time to write us a note explaining the problem and what he had done to fix it.  We were very pleased with the service and the price of the service.
