Dave is fabulous. We can't fathom switching from Northgate BECAUSE of the service department. Dave is and has always been a consummate professional, and is so knowledgeable and helpful. On top of that he's so friendly. He seems to truly want the best for the client and explains options and costs of various options. He explained the repair carefully to me and then when my husband came, he explained it again so we could make an informed choice. Please give Dave highest kudos. He even came out cheerfully on Monday during the blizzard!
