I appreciated the fact that you were able to repair my refrigerator the day I called because the weather was hot and I needed quick service. I am very happy with your service department. I know this is supposed to be about service, but I also like your store. You allow customers to look around without following them through the store. The first time I was in your store, I was sort of doing a survey of what refrigerators cost and what features were available and I wasn't intending to buy that day. You allowed me to do that with no pressure. That made me come back and buy from you. Thanks.
