As usual, Dave went over and above the normal expectation of a service technician. He inspected my washer and recommended that the cost of a repair wouldn't be worth it for a 12-year old machine. Then, knowing my financial situation is a bit shaky right now, Dave found a used washer for me at a very reasonable price. When I got home from work that day, that "new" used washer was already installed and ready to finish my laundry. It works GREAT! I am so grateful for such wonderful, honest, and quick service!
