Doug took time to explain the repair that was performed. He also spent time and provided excellent suggestions/recommendations on loading washer, amt of detergent, cleaning, open-door feature, etc. Excellent suggestions! Thanks!  Again, this was a positive experience, and continues to demonstrate how satisfied we our with our major purchases at Northgate.
