I was very impressed with your serviceman and I would like you to pass along my comments to him. It is so seldom today that one gets good service. He came with a smile and cheerful attitude. He started right in and explained what he was doing. He showed me what he was working on and answered my questions without being condescending. He deserves five gold stars!!! When I called in to report my problem, I was able to give them a date of purchase as I always keep my paperwork. Even though it was purchased 9-12 years ago, the person helping me found my records and could tell the model of my refrig. The serviceman came prepared with parts that might have been required for my repair. This is highly unusual in today's service world. You can be sure that I will look at Northgate for future appliance purchases. I have already recommended your company to others. It is very rare to get good service in today's world. Many people are rude or condescending and don't keep their promise as to when they can return. I was so impressed that everything was handled expediently with one service call and with a helpful and cheerful attitude.
