At first we were concerned about the sticker prices, and it was not until we were informed that the costs shown included installation and parts that we began to see that yours was actually a pretty good deal.The delivery guys were not only friendly, but it was very evident that they were experienced and knew their craft. We had complete confidence in their services. They offered suggestions and provided help with getting acquainted with our new machine. We were pleased.  We received the added benefit of getting experienced service personnel and had the added satisfaction that comes from knowing that we have patronized a local merchant who contributes taxes and jobs for local people. We will be back when we have new appliance needs! Northgate should promote the idea that there are no add-on in your costs, and that your installation/service staff is well-experienced, I believe that it would have a positive effect on your overall sales picture.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. He let us lead the way in determining what was right for us instead of trying to talk us into something we wouldn't be happy with. The delivery guys even put our door that my husband had removed from the laundry room back up. I was impressed. They also explained a noise that the washer may make for the first couple of uses. That was nice to know. We have purchased several appliances from Northgate. Made the mistake of stopping off at Sears for a washer and dryer first, with the intention of going to Northgate after that, but ended up buying a washer and dryer and later returning it when we realized that we'd bought what the salesperson thought that we should have and not what we really wanted. Won't make that mistake again. Job well done!
