Again, our only choice for buying appliances is Northgate. The washer had a hose which had become disconnected somehow. We discovered this late on Monday afternoon and called the store. Within a couple of hours, someone contacted us and set up a repair time for the next morning. Your service department can't be beat. I would never consider buying from a chain store simply for your service department. I totally recommend you to our family and friends. We went to one of your competitors to compare prices per recommendation of family, but their salesperson was not anywhere nearly as professional as your service personal. They did not have the amount of products you carry either. Hands down, Northgate is the best. Thanks again. We will be back.

I would certainly recommend Northgate as the go to store for appliances in the Holland area. The service is excellent and the delivery crew know how to deliver and set up new appliances quickly and with the least intrusion. They are the best team yet to deliver and set up new appliances.

We like to support our local merchants and feel that it's important to develop a good "relationship" with the people we do business with instead of just heading to the nearest big box store where you don't know anyone..and they don't know you. We have been very happy with our purchase and especially the service from Northgate. We've had Ken help us with repairs in the past and now Doug with repairs. Both have done a great job. I'm quite happy with the price we paid for the extended warranty plan and the service we've received. It seems the newer refrigerators have more problems. We've been happy with the Frigidaire French Door, lower ice maker, even with the few problems we've had it's been a better refrigerator. Thank you for your help. I've recommended Northgate to a number of our friends and will continue to do business with Northgate in the future.

This is regarding a Christmas Eve service call.You went above and beyond!!! When my washer broke Dec. 24 and no one could come until Wed. Or Thursday I was frustrated by a house full of 11 people, some sick and one wet bed. When Dave called in the afternoon and said he could come I was totally floored. My husband thought I had called you back and begged someone to come. Dave was here a long time and so professional. He could have been home with his family. All of you deserve thanks and Dave a special thanks! This is why I purchase at Northgate and not a big box store! You certainly gave me a wonderful Christmas! Thank you,
