Loved all the set ups in the show room... they gave me some ideas. Also, loved the kiddy area so my son could be occupied while I could make a decision.  I really liked Steve Rozema. He helped us on the floor and was willing to go out of his way to make sure our set up was correct at home. I only wish that he was the one that came to set up our fridge so we could thank him again!

Randy and Mark took were very gracious in giving us all the time we needed to make the big decision.  The opening for the range wasn't quite ready so Steve and Jeff just set in in place until I had finished. Steve came back later and did an excellent job of giving us an overview of how to operate the range.  We came to see for ourselves what all our friends have been telling us: Don't shop anywhere else for appliances. The total package, from the attractiveness of the store, the wide range of product you have available, the professionalism of the sales staff, and the quality and care of the delivery people - not a single slip-up anywhere.

Kevin, was very informative on the Sales Floor. The two delivery men were very nice and did a great job of loading out the old and in with the new without banging things around. I did notice a dent in the front of the dryer when the delivery guys were gone. I called in and a new front is already on order for me. I was very impressed that this was handled so quickly and satisfaction was their main goal. :) Dave was very informative when he came out to look at my dryer that was not working. He was very helpful in out decision to replace the washer and dryer, without putting any pressure. He just helped provide some facts about our current units and informed me of the many options available to replace the washer and dryer. Thank you, to all of you!
